Tasting Menu: The Buddha’s Diet

May 3 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Dan Zigmond, author of “Buddha’s Diet: The Ancient Art of Losing Weight Without Losing Your Mind,” discusses both his experience of becoming a Zen priest and the benefits of Buddha’s diet. Zigmond says, “Buddha himself adopted intermittent fasting, long before it was popular. In fact, you could say that Buddha was a very early biohacker, seeking to find enlightenment, clarity and health through time restricted eating.” Sample a bite of suggested dishes while you listen. Purchase a copy of “Buddha’s Diet” from the museum store to get signed after the program.
