A TRIBUTE TO JEFF ADACHI: FILMMAKER, S.F. PUBLIC DEFENDER, SOCIAL AND LEGAL JUSTICE ADVOCATE (1959-2019)
Film Presentation by Chihiro Wimbush and Corey Tong

Please join CAAMFest as we honor and celebrate the life of Jeff Adachi with a tribute to his work as a filmmaker, community activist, San Francisco Public Defender and advocate of legal and social justice through his films. The program will include visual clips of some of his films (including SLANTED SCREEN, YOU DON’T KNOW JACK, THE RIDE, DEFENDER) and a preview of a film Jeff had been working on at the time of his recent death. The program will also include remarks by special guests from CAAM, the Asian American and independent film communities, friends and colleagues from around the country.
